Please take 5 minutes for fill out the Yearly Student Information Update Form.

It is very important to review your information so that [the Kennedy School Administration] has the correct contact information for you and your emergency contacts in case we need to reach you. 

 This form must be filled out for by Wednesday, September 10th for every student who attends the Kennedy.
