Sponsored and organized by the Kennedy PTA with generous support from East Cambridge Savings Bank, Kennedy Carnival is a special year-end celebration for every child at Kennedy School held during the school day so that every single child can enjoy it.

STAFF AND TEACHER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON

Wednesday, June 17 after dismissal

It's time to CELEBRATE OUR EDUCATORS with a special lunch, the final one of the school year, on Wednesday June 17 at 1pm.

We're transporting them to the Italian countryside for a themed catered lunch from our friends at Cambridge's Gufo, fresh mocktails by our master parent mixologist, and DESSERTS from YOU!

Help by donating desserts (store bought or homemade) or volunteering for setup, service, or cleanup.

If you are donating desserts and you have a QUANTITY of servings in mind, please add a comment to your signup. Not required, but helpful for planning! We are serving 70 staff members.

Volunteer Appreciation Get-Together,

June 1

Join friends, old and new, for a Kennedy PTA volunteer appreciation get-together. Meet at Aeronaut Brewing, 14 Tyler St (follow the signs at the corner of Tyler St and Properzi Way). We will be outside if weather/space allows (we will move inside if we need to!)

PTA will treat guests to a light dinner from Carolicious. Non-alcoholic seltzers are free to all patrons. Cash bar.

We will gather starting at 6:00pm and have a brief 15-20 minute business meeting starting 6:30, followed by socializing for the rest of the time (til about 8:00 or 8:30).

All PTA volunteers, past and future, are encouraged to stop by and take some time to get to know each other!

You are all key to what makes this school community tick, and are deeply appreciated!
