Quorum: 13 PTA members including Board members must be present to conduct business. All are welcome to attend, regardless of membership. Only members can vote.

2. 2023.9.26 (GM MTG 1) PTA General Business Meeting Notes - please read ahead of time. One member moves to approve, a second member to second the motion, membership votes by show of hands.

5. President: Annual Membership Meeting (date TBA - April or May, per bylaws)

1. Purpose: to think about big-picture vision for PTA in coming year, collect feedback, study whether our budget made sense and vote on potential changes for next year, any proposed changes to the bylaws

2. Reminder: we have an open board seat, co-Vice President: if anyone wants to volunteer for the position, please reach out - we are mid- 2-year term, so the seat can be appointed to fill the remainder of the term. If more than one person steps up, we would hold an election at the annual meeting
